The receiving institution undertakes to make available to the sending institution and the student a Transcript of Records within a period set by the interinstitutional agreement and, as a general rule, not more than five weeks after the publication /announcement of the student`s results at the receiving institution. It may be made available electronically or by other means accessible to the pupil. For all mobilities if the student`s level before mobility is lower than the recommended one, the sending university and the student undertake to reach the recommended level until the start of the mobility with the support of the sending or receiving institution (either with courses that can be funded by the Organisational Assistance Grant or with Erasmus+OLS language courses), if applicable).
